Problem:
This issue has been submitted to Lotus software Quality Engineering, and is
currently under investigation.
As a workaround, assuming the DXL being imported would override the Roles
currently in the database, you can use standard NotesACL and NotesACLEntry
classes to remove the current roles before running the DXL import operation.
This procedure would not work however, if you are using the DXL import to add
new roles and not remove old ones. More >
